Do I pay per child?
No. One subscription covers everyone who lives in your home, however many of you there are.
How long does the founding-member price last?
The 50% discount runs for your first year. If you subscribed before the mobile apps launched, you keep your rate for as long as your subscription stays active — future price rises won't apply to you.
Can I use it on the web and on mobile?
Yes. The same account works in any browser today, and on iOS and Android once the apps launch.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your household's data stays available while your account exists, and you can delete it whenever you like from the account deletion page. We never sell it — see the privacy policy.
